Our client is a leading bank in Australia that has implemented Temenos T24 Transact as its core banking platform. The bank decided to upgrade it in it order to be able to utilise the latest product functionalities and architecture innovate and to deliver exceptional customer experience.
The Design Principal
To help achieve the goals of the bank, Quantaeon assessed the current system platform and suggested an upgrade from the existing version of Temenos T24 Transact to the latest release. Quantaeon team formulated a strategy and mapped up a clear upgrade plan for the client with due focus on improving their time-consuming close of business [COB] processes. Having built up a strong knowledge of the core systems over years, Quantaeon took the lead on the upgrade project and went live on the new version within the agreed timeline.
