Our client, a leading and trusted bank in Africa, underwent a core banking transformation and thus needed an enabler to help its team successfully adopt change in order to drive organizational success and outcomes.

The Design Principal

To support the business needs of the client, Quantaeon recommended ITIL based process for Change Management. A Change Request would be documented in detail by a Quantaeon's Change Initiator. This is also recorded in a change register for future traceability and analysis. The team would determine the priority and urgency of the change and classify it accordingly by category, type and item. The team would then perform an effort and cost analysis. Request would raised with the client to assess the change and decide on the approval or rejection of the change. Once agreed for implementation, Quantaeon would build, test and deploy the changes as per governance model.

Challenge
