The Design Principal

On completion of the T24 implementation, Quantaeon's technical experts became part of client’s team, assisting them in managing their operations as well as enhancing their change and release management processes. We determined the details and produced an assessment of the existing maintenance and operations processes like Application Support, Server & Device Management and Network Management. A set of activities required to automate and increase the efficiency of these processes were laid out and implemented. L1 and L2 support team was setup to ensure business continuity, resolve business and technical issues and to assist effective communication between the client and Temenos.
