The 10-Step Method

The Quantaeon Method is a 10-step process that introduces automation, new and updated tools in your organization while keeping the ongoing process up and running.

Need Assessment

This initial step involves reviewing the processes and workflows, studying the available templates, KPAs, etc. We perform an individual observation of your system and also go through the system with your personnel. This two-pronged approach ensures that the gap analysis is done based on the current infrastructure.

Cloud Selection

Based on our understanding of your needs, our experts suggest the cloud platform and tools that are best suited to your needs. We also suggest change in tools and approach if you are already a cloud customer.

Proof of Concept

We develop a Proof of Concept (PoC) using a sample data/infrastructure to demonstrate the requirement and most viable solutions. Based on the scope, this PoC can be free or available at a small fraction of the total project estimate.

Plan Development

In this step, we combine our experience with your insights to develop vision and discover the right capabilities to reach that state. We create a step-by-step plan to migrate to the cloud, as well as implement and optimize the selected tool.

Tool Implementation

In this step, we integrate the solution with the existing processes while keeping the system running and operating smoothly.

Testing and Training

Once the solution is implemented, we train your personnel while, in parallel, testing the tools to ensure correct fit and proper optimization.

Feedback

Based on the Training and Testing phase, we collect extensive feedback from all levels that are affected by the new system. This helps us gather information to properly optimize the systems.

Tool Adjustment

In this step, we will use the information collected from the Feedback step to make changes to the system and optimize the tools to ensure that all the processes are customized to your requirements. This will ensure that you are able to use the tools to the best of your requirements.

Final Check & Implementation

We will complete a few projects with the updated tools to ensure that things are working as per expectation. We will then start the handover process so that your employees become experts in use of the new tools and systems.

In this step, keeping pace with the continuous changing operating model that meets market demand,we help you adopt continuous improvement tools and techniques to proactively improve and enhance the activities that provide value while removing/minimizing as many waste activities as possible.
