Thus, training is a key priority for a smooth transition. Any digital transformation brings about change of a very high magnitude that impacts all end users of the banks and thus require massive re-training of staff.

To improve employee's productivity, Quantaeon provides extensive customized training programs to help the end users adopt change and equip them with the required knowledge and skills.
