In order to succeed in any major transformation project, it is extremely important to ensure that your management and end users are guided through the change journey. Thus, training is a key priority for a smooth transition. Any digital transformation brings about change of a very high magnitude that impacts all end users of the banks and thus require massive re-training of staff.

To improve employee's productivity, Quantaeon provides extensive customized training programs to help the end users adopt change and equip them with the required knowledge and skills. Training is delivered in as a mix of standard e-learning modules as well instructor-led training. Training is imparted at each phase of the transformation targeting end users impacted by the change under roll out.
